Looking to refresh your home? We handle everything from concept development and space planning through material selections, furniture procurement, contractor coordination, and final styling. You stay involved in the decisions that matter to you. We manage everything else.

What Working With Us Looks Like
We keep the process clear because we know how stressful a design project can feel before it gets started.

You submit an inquiry through our website with a few details about your home, investment range and your project. We personally review every inquiry, and get back to you within 2-4 Business days with next steps.

We schedule a free discovery call, by phone or video, whichever you prefer. This is where we talk through your needs, your vision for the space, and your investment range, and get a feel for whether we're the right fit for each other.

If we're a good match, we schedule an in-person consultation at your home. We walk through your space together, talk through your project in detail, and discuss what we offer and how we might work together. By the end of this visit, we have a clear sense of scope and direction. Because this visit involves real time and expertise, we charge a consultation fee for all on-site visits, generally $250 to $400 depending on your location and the length of the session (sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes). If you move forward with us, this fee is applied toward your total project investment. If not, it simply covers the time and effort we've put into understanding your home.

From there, we prepare a proposal built specifically around your home, your goals, and your investment range, so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.

This is where the vision takes shape. We develop a complete design concept, a mood board, a material and finish palette, a furniture floor plan, and all key selections, and walk you through every decision until it feels exactly right.

Once you approve the design, we source and manage everything end to end keeping you updated without overwhelming you. For renovations, we manage the entire build with our vetted contractors. One team, one vision. You're never chasing anyone down.

The day everything comes together. Our team places every piece, hangs the art, and styles each surface. When we're done, you walk in and it's ready.

We don't disappear after install day. You get 1 to 2 weeks to live with the space; if anything needs adjusting, we take care of it. And when you're ready for the next room, we'll be here.

As much or as little as you want. Some clients want to weigh in on every fabric and finish. Others are busy running a business or a household and want us to bring them a small set of well-considered options at each key decision point. We'll figure out early on which style suits you, and we adjust as we go.

Yes. Many of our clients split time between homes or travel often for work. We build the project timeline around your availability, not the other way around, and we can manage most of the process remotely between visits.

We regularly collaborate with architects and builders already on a project. We're used to joining a team that's already in motion, and we'll coordinate directly with them so you're not stuck relaying messages back and forth.

We build around what you already own and love. Part of our first walkthrough is understanding what stays, what gets repurposed elsewhere in the home, and what makes sense to source new. A good design doesn't require starting from zero.

We have relationships with trade showrooms, artisans, and antique dealers that aren't accessible to the general public. When a space calls for something singular rather than off-the-shelf, we know where to look.

Only with your permission. Many of our clients value their privacy, and we're glad to keep a project entirely private if that's your preference. If you're open to it, we're always happy to feature the work.

Yes, we're glad to sign an NDA for clients who need one, and discretion is standard practice for us regardless.

We coordinate closely with your household staff, security, or property manager on access, timing, and any protocols you need followed. Just let us know what's required and we'll build the schedule around it.
